RLVNT expands under the leadership of Bart Hillen

RLVNT is taking the next step in its growth by further expanding its programmatic offering. Bart Hillen has been appointed as Commercial Director to accelerate this development..

Bart Hillen joins from Realtimes Network, where he served as Managing Director. Prior to that, he held several commercial roles at Perform Group. In his new role, he will be responsible for the commercial strategy and the further development of RLVNT’s operational and commercial activities. In addition, Shelly van Empelen joins the team as Customer Success Manager. She comes from Invibes Advertising, where she was responsible for commercial and client services activities.

RLVNT is not a media agency, but a full-service solution for programmatic advertising. It provides direct access to real-time programmatic and digital advertising across Display, Native, YouTube, Branded Content, Video and Digital Audio. Through AI-driven analysis and automation, campaigns are continuously optimized based on real-time performance and market signals. The offering is being expanded with Digital Out of Home and Social. In addition, RLVNT integrates Brand Impact, Attention and Brand Uplift metrics, enabling campaigns to be optimized not only for performance but also for brand impact. This allows campaigns to be deployed more broadly and efficiently, without long-term commitments.
